Anthony joined USP in 2018 when he established the USP Asia Pacific office in Singapore. As part of the Regions and Program Operations Division, he is responsible for leading and overseeing all externally facing functions in the Asia Pacific region.
As leader of the Asia Pacific region, Anthony leads teams, including Strategic Customer Development, Government and External Affairs and Scientific Affairs, in the strategic development and execution of strategies to advance public health in the region through the development and utilization of USP quality standards to enhance the quality of medicines, dietary supplements and foods. In his role, Anthony also supports operational units including the Science Division and Education. He focuses on establishing strong and collaborative relationships with leading industry and public stakeholders to bring USP’s scientific expertise, capability building and public standards closer to the region to strengthen the supply of medicines.
Anthony has more than 30 years of experience in general management, sales and marketing, as well as operations within the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. His experience includes pharmaceuticals, both innovative and generics, medical devices and diagnostics, consumer healthcare and healthcare service provider.
