Course Description Due to its advantages of being a direct comparison method, quantitative NMR spectroscopy (qNMR) becomes increasingly popular in industry. While conventional high-field NMR systems are often associated with high investment and operational costs, the upcoming market of permanent-magnet based benchtop NMR systems show considerable promise for many applications. Their small size also enables at-line quality control.
This course presents the results of the first interlaboratory comparison study, conducted by the Federal Institute for Materials Research and Testing of Germany (BAM), investigating the qNMR performance of benchtop NMR spectrometers.
This on-demand recording is from USP’s qNMR Workshop, held November 17–19, 2020, and features a presentation by Dr. Michael Maiwald.
