Course Description:This short course aims to equip QC professionals with the necessary skills to be able to effectively perform microbial tests on pharmaceutical raw materials including pharmaceutical water, finished products, nutritional and dietary supplements.
Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:
- Explain best practices in Pharmaceutical Microbiology laboratories.
- Develop technical skills in the following:
- microbial enumeration and test for specified microorganisms of non-sterile products
- sterility tests
- bacterial endotoxin
- Determine the acceptance criteria for pharmaceutical microbial preparations.
