qNMR in Complex Drug Product Quality: From Benchtop to High-Resolution (On-Demand)

Curriculum

Course Description
qNMR is a versatile tool that can quickly and accurately identify and quantify chemical components of both complex and biological drugs. The accuracy of qNMR results is consistent with other analytical results.
In this presentation, qNMR usage in quality attributes for complex drug products is discussed. Chemical assay examples are presented for quantification of API in complex formulation using a benchtop qNMR instrument to measure API release from nanoparticles. Additional extended qNMR studies for quantification and kinetics are also shown.
This on-demand recording is from USP’s qNMR Workshop, held November 17–19, 2020, and features a presentation by Dr. Kang Chen.
