Improving Accuracy of Benchtop qNMR for Samples with Protonated Solvents (On-Demand)

Curriculum

Course Description
Strong spectral signatures from typical protonated solvents in liquid formulations present challenges for the quantification of analytes by NMR.

In this course, learn how solvent suppression techniques can help you achieve the required accuracy in these samples.

This presentation describes the implementation and use of qNMR with solvent suppression on the Spinsolve ULTRA. Case studies will be presented for the quantification of components in excipient mixtures down to milli-molar concentrations and online-quantification of a glucose fermentation using yeast.

This on-demand recording is from USP’s qNMR Workshop, held November 17–19, 2020, and features a presentation by Dr. Federico Casanova.
