Course Description:
This two hour course will provide participants with working principles for chromatography including various detection techniques and applications. It will also present a basis for understanding detection system maintenance and good chromatography pratcices.
After completing this course, participants will be able to:
- Demonstrate proficient knowledge of good HPLC column handling practices
- Explain column chemistry and its correlation with routine testing
- Describe the do's and don’t's about column handling.
