Course Description:
This two and a half hour course will provide participants with good chromatogrpahy column handling practices. USP nomenclature for HPLC columns as well as specific do's and don't's will also be addressed.
After completing this course, participants will be able to:
- Demonstrate proficient knowledge of good HPLC column handling practices
- Explain column chemistry and its correlation with routine testing
- Describe the do's and don’t's about column handling.
